Société du Grand Paris has just celebrated its tenth anniversary and the public establishment in charge of managing the Grand Paris Express is already delivering tangible results and making a name for itself as a responsible company. Consistent progress has been made particularly towards gender equality, with an equality index score that has been continuously rising since the formation of Société du Grand Paris. The programme manager s headcount has increased significantly, from 248 people in 2018 to 930 in 2021. This increase in staffing level will strengthen project management to keep costs and deadlines in check and will support new phases, such as the development of stations and the fitting of tunnels.
